Hereby, each person who makes a purchase in the MKSupplements.com store declares that he/she has read the regulations and rules and also accepts it, the purchase of the product is equivalent to confirmation of acceptance of the regulations.

2.1 Customer MUST contact us prior to returning any products.
2.2 The customer has the right to a refund immediately after the purchase without giving any reason.
2.3 The customer has the right to a refund up to 7 days after receiving the goods, indicating that the goods are complete and in undamaged condition. Where the goods seals have been broken item cannot be returned for health protection and hygiene reasons.
2.4 The customer bears the costs of delivery of the returned products.
2.5 The customer should provide documentation (photos) at the time of receiving a damaged parcel or a product in order to apply for a refund of the money or replacement of the product.
2.6 The customer should report any problem that arose while receiving the goods, any reports of damage received after 3 days after the delivery will not be accepted by MKSupplements.

5. DAMAGE OR SHORTAGE
5.1 Notification of damage or shortages must be made to MKSupplements as soon as possible and certainly within 3 days of receiving the goods.
5.2 Notification of non-delivery must be made within 7 days of invoice date.
5.3 In, in the opinion of the Seller, the damaged or defective Goods are not in accordance with this Contract and should be replaced by the Seller, due to the damage or defect being the responsibility of the Seller, the Seller will, within a reasonable time:
5.3.1 Replace or repair the damaged or defective Goods at its cost'
5.3.1 Deliver the replacement Goods to the Buyer at its cost.
5.4 We do not accept any liability for any loss resulting from Buyer's failure to comply with the Sellers carrier requirements with the respect to notification of damage, shortage or non-delivery of Goods.
6. ITEMS OUT OF STOCK:
6.1 Should an item be out of stock we will email you to ask if you wish to wait for the estimated time of arrival or to cancel your order.
7. BEST BEFORE DATE:
7.1 Most of our food products have "Best before date". There is nothing that would prevent a packaged food being offered for sale on or after its "Best Before Date" provided that the food is still in a fully acceptable condition. Such products with short "Best Before date" can be found in our "OFFERS" tab under "SPECIAL PRODCUTS"
