Dear customer, we encourage you to read all the rules that apply to our store so that there are no misunderstanding. We would also like to inform you that at the time of making the purchase you have to accept the all T&C, therefore you accept all applicable rules.


We try to choose the best courier services so that each customer who places an order in the store receives products as soon as possible at the lowest shipping costs. At the time of finalizing the order, please read all options of the delivery carefully to choose the correct form of delivery.

In the order tab in DELIVERY you will see 4 different delivery options:

1. Pickup in ashbourne cost €0,

2. Delivery in ashbourne cost €1,

3. ANPOST standard cost is €6

4. Fastway or GLS delivery cost is € 8,5.

Free shipping is available to each customer who places an order for an amount over €60. The average waiting time for an order is 48 hours, but we would like to point out that this time may be longer, therefore the standard assumption is a maximum of 5 working days for receiving the order.


After placing an order at the store, within 30 minutes you will receive an e-mail message to an e-mail that was provided during the registration, you will receive information about the possibility of personal collection of the ordered products or you will receive a message with the shipment tracking number. If during this time you do not receive an e-mail with the above-mentioned messages, please check the "SPAM" folder and if you do not receive the e-mail after 30 minutes, then please contact us to clarify the matter. We would like to point out that orders that are made after 8PM may not receive a confirmation e-mail until the next day. 


The store undertakes to handover each order to the courier company / post office within 5 working days, currently in 99% of cases each order is handed over within the first 24 hours after the order was placed. In situations beyond our control, this time may be extended, therefore we are entitled to extend the handover time to a maximum of 5 working days


We, as the online store, have no control over external delivery companies, therefore we are not responsible for any delays, loss or damage during delivery to the customer. Each order is monitored by us and we try to deal with any problems that may arise where possible.

In a situation where the products do not arrive within 5 working days, we contact the delivery company to get an update on the status of the shipment. In the event of a damaged parcel, it is best to immediately take photos of the parcel with the postman or courier. When the parcel is lost, we try our best to find out what happened with the delivery compant, we also take into account that each order is insured, so if the customer faces any inconvenience that were mentioned above, customer will not be left alone and we will try to deal with each problem.


We try to use the options that are available on the website and consider them the best, but we do not close ourselves to other requests or proposals, so if a given customer lives outside of IRELAND and wishes for the goods to be shipped to another country, we would ask to contact us before placing an order for all the details.


Each customer has the right to return his order within 7 days without giving any reason. In this case, we would like to point out that the customer bears the full cost of returning the shipment, which is to mean the fact that does not bear the cost of return, and it should be remembered that the products must be in the same quantity & quality as before the order was opened, i.e. all products must be unopened. In a situation where a product is opened, we will not be able to accept the return, so sending us such an order will result in no refund and the package itself will be waiting for the pickup or the customer will have to pay again for resending the order. We want to sensitize customers to parcels that are damaged, each order has a new cardboard box that is in perfect condition, if your parcel has traces of damage, please check the parcel carefully with the courier / postman and in case of obvious damage, please do not accept such an order, the package will be returned to us. Upon acceptance of the order, all return costs are borne by the customer. You should document the damage in advance and send us the materials to our contact e-mail. Each return requested by the customer will be reviewed by us and we will inform you about our decision.
